MAP offers fabrication services in our fully equipped 50,000 square foot state-of-the-art fabrication shop in Sanford, Michigan. Furnished with advanced technology that enables our experienced team to meet the full scope of any fabrication requirements, we can work with a large variety of materials, such as Carbon, Stainless steel, Titanium, Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy, Aluminum, Nickel, and Teflon lined pipe.
Pipe fabrication is one of our strong suits. Our skilled team of pipefitters and welders operate our shop with a focus on quality workmanship and safety. MAP’s capabilities range from ¼ inch to 48-inch diameter piping and tubing for a variety of applications and industries. From planning, design, and layout phases to shipping and installation, our fabrication team is perfectly suited to provide an exceptional product that is on time and on budget.
MAP’s team of certified welders along with our welding procedures enable us to meet the scope of work for any fabrication project. In addition to CNC pipe profiling and large positioners, our robotic welding capabilities help us achieve high quality and productivity.
